Refunds for memorials with infused cremains

Our refund policy for memorial jewelry and art is valid for a period of up to 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. Cancelled orders for any reason within the first 30 days may qualify for a refund. Although, once we receive your collection of cremated remains, the order goes into production and can no longer be cancelled/refunded. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason we will work with you to resolve the issue. Resolution may include reworking the glassware, or replacement of the item.

*Please note that the nature of handcrafted objects includes slight variations in color, look, and ash placement among the finished pieces.

Refunds for other items

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If you receive your order, and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the unused product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapse since the delivery, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund. If the product appears used, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Shipping items

In order to return an item, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
